The objective of the Public Access to Public Resources Program project is to identify areas of natural and historic importance in Guam which are not fully developed for access to tourists and the public and which are of sufficient quality to warrant development of accessibility.

SRDP provided various services, including (1) design and Preparation of GIS Database of potential park and recreational sites in the island of Guam, (2) spatial Analysis to support selection of sites to develop, and (3) preparation of various thematic maps.
